How To Order:
Offline: If your not comfortable with ordering item's online, just
send us an email, VisionGiftShop@aol.com
listing the items you want to order. We will write back personally,
confirming the items are available, and giving you a total amount
to pay including shipping. To pay, you can mail us a check or money
order to the above address, or even call in your order.
Online: We use Pay Pal, which is a secure site and a free
service to you, the customer. Pay Pal allows you the payment option
of using your Visa or MasterCard. Click here, Pay Pal,

Shipping/Handling Policy:
Shipping and handling is charged on total sales. Once funds have been
authorized for your order, we will contact you confirming placement of
order. will email you once the order ships, the tracking number. All
merchandise is shipped via UPS except for those who have a P.O. Box for
delivery, then items will be shipped via the United States Post Office. There
will be an extra charge for shipping outside of the Continental USA,
(Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Canada, etc.), please
contact us on what this charge would be. All items
are shipped UPS unless otherwise noted.
Canceling An Order:
You may cancel your order and be refunded only if the order has NOT been
shipped. Once the order is shipped, we cannot refund your request. You then
would have to treat your order as a return, see the Return Policy below.
Sales Tax:
Due to Vision Impressions Gift Shop being located in the State of Kentucky,
we are required to collect sales tax on merchandise sold to those who purchase
from the State of Kentucky.
Privacy Policy:
Vision Impressions Gift Shop will NEVER use your information for
ANY
purpose other than to contact you regarding orders you have placed
with us. We will, under no circumstances, make your information
available to anyone outside of our organization.
Return Policy:
Vision Impressions Gift Shop will gladly accept returns of defective
items. All items are shipped insured, so if they are damaged
during shipping, they will be replaced or reimbursed. Contact us within 15 days of original ship date,
and a authorization will be made on the defective items.
Return policy for items that are NOT defective, can only be returned
within 30 days of the original ship date. There is a 20% restocking
and handling fee for these items. The merchandise must be in perfect
resalable condition, in its original container, with no contents of
the innerpack sold or missing. Contact us within 30 days of original ship date, and a authorization will be made
for returned merchandise.
