order, the type of reading you are requesting. Your name, address, email
address if apply, and a phone number. Any NSF check charges incurred
will be charged back to you. |

anyone under the age of 18. If a minor is to be read, I will need
verbal and written consent from the parent/or legal guardian, there is no
exceptions to this. The answers you receive will be straight forward,
delivered with compassion and unbiased opinion. Your confidentiality, as
the client will always be honored. I work for you, as the client, helping
you to see the creative possibilities, even within the limitations of what
has been occurring in your life. All readings are done by appointment

| Money Order/Check Transactions:

For prepaid readings via check or money order, send payment to the above address. Depending on location and mail service, readings are usually presented within 7 days of your mailing payment. I will contact you when your payment is received. Please include your phone number or Email Address when mailing payment. |

Please allow 10 days for delivery. Upon receipt of your order, I will contact you for the information needed to do your chart. |

You are responsible for the long distance charge if any occur. It is your responsibility to call my office at set time of your reading. |
